So call famous oncology hospital in KL but had bad experience on seeing oncology dept, Dr M.AXXXX. My mum was suffering serious cancer and we were worried about her so much. We are first time seeing this doctor and come here seeking for help. But his attitude was so rude, doesn't show any friendly attitude at all. Being a doctor should being helpful and professional but this doctor ask those question which normal person don't know what is that. Lol. Definitely won't go back for this doctor again! Not recommend if you seeking for good doctor.

I came here urgently. I didn't have an appointment, but Ayako Sugahara, a free Japanese interpreter working at the hospital, listened to my symptoms in detail and conveyed them accurately to the hospital staff. The doctor and staff were very kind, and the examination and treatment were efficient. The treatment cost, in my case, was a full payment of about 13,000 yen. It felt cheaper than in Japan. Although the diagnosis was disheartening, I was relieved to be treated at such a hospitable hospital. Thank you very much, Ayako and Dr. Muhammad Shafiq. I appreciate your care.
