Sincerely grateful to the staff at ER, MD3 ward and Dr Muhamad Syamil for the great care provided during my stay at Columbia Asia PJ.

I was a patient warded at ward 52 A. I would respectfully say that all the Ward Nurses was very friendly, caring and compassionate. Dr Ramesh was just amazing & excellent. All the staff, nurses, and Dr Muhammed Redha, who attended me at ER, were very kind and helpful. Initially I was disappointed when was told that the single room is not available. Only have 2 bedded room and my daughter is not allowed to accompany me, i had to do so much of explanations that being a single mother, I definitely cannot leave my 14 yrs old daughter alone at home, Finally my request was allowed. Me and my daughter slept together on the 1 bed for about a week. Dr Ramesh's staff Surinder Kaur is very caring and compassionate too. On 11/7, I had my physio appointment around 9 :30 am with my Physiotherapy, Mr Joachim. I was on my way to the hospital around 8.15am and suddenly my car tyre punctured on the highway near the exit of PPUM. There were so many cars and bikes passing by at that peak hour and I'm standing at the roadside helplessly. Nobody stopped to offer help or to even ask what transpired. I even called Perodua and few other numbers but couldn't get any help. I was really getting worried and panicking about my appointment and also my car. I finally decided to call direct the physio center at 8:32 am to inform that my car tyre is puncture and I'm stuck at the highway along my car helplessly. And i can only come to the physiotherapist after settling my issues. The lady who picked up my call put me on hold and said will check with my physiotherapy first. Then she pass the call to Mr Joachim and he asked me where exactly is my car and informed me to wait until he comes to my rescue. I was so relieved. Sooner he came n help me to fix my car tyre , replaced it in the hot weather. I couldn't do anything to help because I was already exhausted and having massive pain due to my Slip Disc issue. I was really very impressed to witness Columbia Asia PJ has such a wonderdul, amszing and helpful gentleman (Mr Joachim) I've been coming for physio almost everyday and all the physio staffs.. Simone, Intan Marliana, and Hrrishma, are so friendly and so generous. Once again, I would like to thank Mr Joachim from the bottom of my heart for going extra mile and out of his comfort zone to help me. Thank you Very Much, Baljit
