I am a Professor from Sydney, Australia visiting Malaysia. I had to make an appointment with Dr. J.R. Sathiyananthan (Urologist) to address my medical ailment. I was most impressed with his professionalism and most of all his warmth and genteel care in addressing my urgent medical condition. I was most overwhelmed with his detailed diagnosis of my condition. He also called me a couple of times later to check on my medical condition.
