I was admitted on Feb 2022 for about 8 days in Ward 6B and transferred to Ward 6A on the next day after my Covid PCR is Negative, both services from the ward is excellent. Thumbs up to the nurses, support services staff, housekeeping Makcik Siti and allied health staff. Room: I stayed in Single Room and it is conducive. Food: Healthy food, prepared well and tasty for me (at that time). Doctors: Thanks to Dr Yong Chee Meng, Dr Saravana & Dr Jaspal who cleared my doubts and supported me in case of any difficulties. Not to forget to Dr Puva & Dr Kushantini in ER Department & Dr Kasumawati (Radiologist) too. Really appreciate that. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Siti Hajar has been a very helpful nurse. She has assisted me alot during my visits with both Doctor Jaspal and Dr Chui. She is a very friendly and also very accommodative and always remember to remind me about check up and so on. Kudos to Siti Hajar and I'm always pleased to see her again

Very bad experience this time !!!! I will doubt if I’ll ever visit again. I can say I’m not the first time here, I am guaranteed qualified to comment this hospital and doctors and my child and I have been admitted to this hospital for 8 times +- in these three years. I’m very grateful I gave birth here and I met Doctor Jaspal Singh. He is a very good doctor. I’m very grateful to meet Doctor Michelle Ling Min Min, a paediatrician. Both of these doctors make me love park city medical centre until Doctor Salehuddin Samsudin came in to this case !! ITS SO TERRIBLE. Thank god my son is safe now and thank god I changed doctor immediately I found out is not right. This Doctor is not responsive and not responsible enough to me. It’s been 24 hours away last seen my high fever 40.0 son. I reflect this to my people around me and I HEARD a lot bad comment on this doctor. I wish I knew this earlier so my son can suffer lesser. Anyway I have changed to anther paediatric and my son is good now.

I visit Dr Jaspal for my period pain and low Hb value. He pin point the problem for me with a few solutions, not so aggressive and not too conservative, and currently I am in good term. Ms Azeeen is Dr Jaspal’s nurse. She is very helpful and friendly too.

Taasha is so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jaspal along with the assistant doctor were very nice and patient. However, communication was a bit challenging for my aunt since she only speaks Chinese. It would be great if there were a translator machine to make communication smoother. The nurses were also very kind and patient, which we really appreciate!
