Outpatience Experience - Love the ambiance, doktor bg clear explanation. Staff pun very attentive. Mcm i guna GL pun went smooth, and diorg akan inform awal if need to use own money or which treatment cover by insurance. Overall I am satisfied. Inpatient - It went well for the surgery and the nurse very helpful. Clear explanation from Dr Afiq from anesthetist specialist before the procedure and after procedure. For orthopedic specialist, Dr Zamri is the best! He gives very clear explanation regarding my issue and what will happen during and after treatment. Physiotherapy - Encik Amirul Asraf was great, he teach me how to use proper tools such as underarm cane, how to adjust it, how to walk using it. Very clear explanation and give lot’s of examples do’s and don’t.
