I had a pleasant stay at Columbia Asia Hospital PJ. The procedure with Dr Bheena went very smooth and she did a great job. Many thanks to the ops team & anaesthesian Dr for ensuring I am alright. 5 stars All of the nurses were friendly and helpful to all my needs, a Big shoutout to MD1 Nurses who took care of me: SN Fatin, SN Azleen, SN Hazriena, SN Aiis, PCA Iffah & PCA Liana. 5 stars However I am quite dissapointed with the food from Cafe Columbia. It was dry, tasteless, bland, small in portion, unsatisfactory & very few options on the meal menu. I end up having to go to the cafe itself to buy the food & eat there. No red meat was served & the food was served to the room via a takeaway box. 1 star for food. Besides that, there was no necessities at all. The basic towel, body wash, toothbrush & toothpaste & room slippers were not provided. I wasnt even aware that I had to bring my own but luckily my intuition told me to bring mine. The only thing provided was a Mineral bottle and hot water in a flask. In the website at the Pre Admission section it says they will provide an "Admission Kit" of which I never got one. Feels like an "AirAsia" budget hospital. 1 star Got very good Doctors, Nurses & Facilities but the rest ... Anyway all in all besides the factors above, I wish to thank everyone who tried their best to make my stay a pleasant one.
