We have been doing our annual body check-up at Pantai Bangsar for many years. The fees have gone up year after year, which is understandable, but thankfully the quality of service remains good. The staff and doctors, especially Dr. Ng Wai Keat, are always professional and helpful. However, one thing that really stands out is how the little touches for patients have gone downhill. Previously there were proper snacks, Milo, sandwiches, and even a coffee maker. Now all that’s left is a cheap instant Nescafe sachets. For the amount we pay, this feels like a downgrade instead of an improvement. I recently visited Sunway Hospital and their coffee machine is modern and impressive. If they can do it, surely Pantai Bangsar can do better. Don’t let small cutbacks tarnish an otherwise good experience.

Miss Ms. Janet who has attended to me for so many years but glad Cik Azalina and Ms Jennifer are still here - some familiar faces and well experienced. Service are still good and courteous. Dr Ng WK is still as friendly and thorough as ever.
