Very slow systematic, got appoinment also need to wait up to 2 hours. Poor management and unfriendly staff. All staff going lunch at 1pm and left us at the waiting lobby. Please find another Hospital if you can. Just clarify with the staff counter that Dr Ruzaimi is the only Dr who covered the Ortopedic. And he also need to attend the emergency patient at the same time. Basically this Hospital lack of Doctor. They should have a coverage doctor in Ortopedic and also in the emergency department. Why would 1 Dr have to attend 2 case at one time? Poor management.

My experience while in msu medical centre doing dialysis from 17 may till 25 may 2024 and 1 jun till 4 jun 2024. Very good service. Nurse and staff incharge very friendly and treated well. This place is comfortable. Very recomended and satisfying. 5 star to this dialysis centre and msu medical centre. I would like to thank you to professor dr. Arman zaharil mat saad, dr. Ahmad azhar bin abdul rahim and dr. Ruzaimi md. Yusoff, nurses ward a 1419, ward b 1428, pa huda, pa suzana, pa emma and staff for their very good, concern and friendly service here. Been having back pain so I was in search of places for a screening. Called the Radiology dept from several hospitals but staff from MSU was the nicest. From there, i decided to proceed with a doctor's appointment and the Dr. then referred me to the Radiology for an Xray. Currently undergoing a treatment with Dr. Ruzaimi (orthopaedic). Oh he's very calm and patient. He would take time to explain things. That really helps easing my mind off my worries. His Clinic Assistant Puan Ema is the sweetest. Stayed for 3D 2N at General Ward 14A, staff are all very pleasant. Thank you MSU Medical Centre!

Thank you and appreciation to all the physiotherapists, especially Mr. Zaki and Ms. Adlina, who accompanied me through the 6-week recovery journey after my knee surgery performed by Dr. Ruzaimi. I have returned to my normal life as before the surgery. Alhamdulillah. Thank you to all the superb Rehab staff... they know how and what to do with the patients.

having a great and so wonderful experienced treatment and consultation from operation procedures due to humerus fracture till follow up with Orthopedic doctor Dr. Ruzaimi and also Dr Phang when I was admitted at emergency room... Everything well prepared and wonderful. ..all nervous and fear gone..good explanation and action taken.. beside with great place.. convenient facilities.. clean...friendly and helpfull staffs and nurses.. everything was great here..u will feel welcome and superb...very recommended hospital.
