I had a wonderful experience in 2022 when I followed Dr. Jamali for delivery at UCSI Hospital. The process was smooth, staff were attentive and friendly, and everything felt systematic and well-managed. Because of that positive experience, I returned to UCSI in November 2024 and have been visiting ever since. Unfortunately, the quality of service, particularly at Nurse Station B has drastically declined. Whether there are fewer than 5 patients or it’s a full house, the waiting time is consistently long, and there is rarely any communication or updates provided. This lack of basic courtesy and urgency is extremely frustrating, especially for patients who are self-paying and expect at least a minimal level of professionalism and care. We are not asking for VIP treatment, but a sense of responsibility, time management, and respect towards patients should be a basic standard. If not for Dr. Jamali’s excellence and reputation, I would have stopped coming here long ago. At this point, I cannot in good faith recommend UCSI Hospital to others except for consultations specifically with Dr. Jamali. I truly hope the hospital management takes this seriously and makes efforts to improve front line services and staff accountability.
