My grandmother had chest discomfort today & was brought to ER. She was triaged, put on ECG & sent to resus within 15 mins for dr’s attention. Cardiologist came shortly after. She was in good hands throughout! Thank you!

Bad experience with Dr Koh Kok Wei clinic.. the attending personnel was rude!

Doctor Koh Kok Wei professional. All nurse is polite and friendly.

Have to ask and ASK and ASK and ASK and ASK and ASK multiple times to get updates from staff/ doctor. My family members barely understand what doctors is trying to explain and I requested to call me whenever they have feedbacks regarding my family member’s situation. They IGNORED. Thus, I have to keep asking here and that to get my answers. Not friendly to those who have busy schedule but still need updates from hospital. They won’t do this for you even though you repeat many times to ward/doctor (maybe they have too MANY patients to deal with). I wasted a lots of time keep waiting, that’s all. I have 2 stars because my grandma used to take a surgery here, the ward at level 2 is friendly and nice. They respond to everything. Again thank you so much to the ward at level 2, Dr.Navin and Dr.Koh in cardiology. My grandma had a great experience for cardiology treatment, so do I. But this time? NO. Not gonna reveal which treatment/ ward/ staffs/ doctor.
