I had gone to see Dr.Paul Ong , my appointment was at 2 pm and my turn came at 5.10 and the doctor got a call as his patient was in labour the doctor came back by 5:45 he checked me throughly and advised on medication or surgery and the surgery is very very expensive and he advised my husband and me to go out and decide on the surgery we were so nervous and the whole turmoil of waiting and waiting and seeing all the other patients around in distress just waiting to see the doctor took a toll on us and obviously we couldn’t make a decision so soon hence we decided to go home and decide, in the meantime the doctor did not write the medication he suggested nor informed on the dosage for which i went back and he wrote the medicine handed over to the staff but no info was provided on how and when to take it by this time i was dead tired and just irritated i had a few other concerns to be discussed as well which i couldn’t coz by the time my turn came i had forgotten what i wanted to discuss and i got nervous hearing about the surgery, and hoped i would get a better advise.There were people who had come from morning and were waiting endlessly and few of the girls seemed so distressed . It was just a sad state of affairs. A special mention to one of the older ladies managing the appointments she has the worst attitude ever and no ounce of empathy , she dosent answer to any questions you ask and is rather rude to everyone who went upto her and just seems so annoyed in general. She also had the audacity to chime in between to just get done with the surgery its almost as if they are pushing you to get a surgery done.I decided to take a second opinion from elsewhere as I couldn’t trust these people. I will never ever go there again the doctor was ok but overall the whole experience was bad. The staff needs to be trained better just on the basis of attitude. Never again.

I recently underwent surgery at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur (PHKL) and received nothing short of first-class treatment throughout my experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to my Gynaecologist surgeon, Dr. Paul Ng Hock Oon, for his exceptional care and professionalism—from the very first consultation right up to my successful surgery. His calm demeanor and clear communication gave me great confidence and comfort 😊. A special thank you as well to Dr. Lim Kin Yuee (Dr Lim KY) the Anaesthesiologist, for his attentive care and excellent administration throughout the operation. I truly appreciated the reassurance and support given to me before, during, and after the procedure. I was particularly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the Pharmacy team. Despite it being a public holiday with only two staff members on duty, they managed the medication dispensation smoothly and without delay. Kudos to the team 👍. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the Staff Nurse Ina from the HDU, whose kindness, attentiveness, and gentle care made a big difference in my recovery. Her comforting presence truly stood out during my stay. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the level of service, care, and professionalism at PHKL. Everything went smoothly, and I am grateful to all the staff involved. I will definitely recommend Pantai Hospital KL as my first choice for healthcare.

Really having bad experience here with DOCTOR PAUL NG HOCK OON , we fix appointment at 10am at the morning, we reach about 9.30am, but told doctor have other surgery appointment need to wait till 12pm, so we waited till 12pm doctor come in and run out to another surgery again which is we told have to wait until 2pm, SO WHAT IS THE POINT TO MAKING APPOINTMENT few month back....WORST....

Overall good experience at Hospital Pantai KL. I had cystectomy surgery done by Dr Paul Ng, Dr Balan and Dr Lim last week. The nurse, Dila at HDU was superb, taking care of me during emergency hours and the nurses at maternity ward level 3 block C (Maria, Emie, Angeline, Nadiah and etc) were very kind and attentive, always checking up on me at the ward. The only dissatifaction is the slow billing counters and discharging process took about 4 hours to complete and I had to go down the billing counter by myself (in pain post operation) without any staff helping.

I feel appreciate and gratitude 🙏🥰 Excellent treatment and surgery by experts Pantai Hospital Team . Thank you to Dr Paul Ng (Gynaecology), Dr Lim (surgery) and all involved Doctor & Nurse 💓💓All of them took good care of me well from admission to discharge. I am thankful that I was fine and everything went on smoothly🙏🙏.. Excellent food & cleaning services..thank you to my friend Catherine Lee recommended me such a professional Gynae Doctor Paul Ng 💞🥰 Good things have to wait. Is normal to wait 1 to 2 hours for Dr. Paul Ng appointment
