I’ve been to this hospital for many years accompanying my family member who undergoes cancer treatment. The cancer centre team here and Dr. Tan Meng Kuan are simply amazing and attentive in their care. I did my first ultrasound here in Tung Shin just recently and I have to give a shout out to Dr. Kasthoori Jayarani (radiologist) for being so friendly, gentle and attentive. She helped ease my worries and anxiety.

My mum is Lung Cancer patient , refer by my friend came to visit Dr.Tan Meng Kuan at Tung Shin cancer center. I'm very grateful to the Dr Tan for his professionalism care and patiently to listening and explain . He gave us hope , he rely a good doctor . And rely thank you and highly appreciated Ms Chang for helping to arrange my mum cancer medicine , she is a very responsible, empathetic and helpful , she was very nice lady . Receptionist also make us comfortable with friendly smile . Tung Shin cancer center environment was great , clean and it won't let my mum feel fear about her critical sickness. Thank you .

My partner has double primary cancer and he has treatment for the pancreatic cancer since October 2023 until now at Tung Shin oncology. The way the oncology department in here is operating is amazing, specially Dr. Tan Meng Kuan. He is wonderful human being as a doctor. Also, without the team nurses : Ms. Lee, Ms. Ling, Ms. Esha, Ms. Tan, Ms. Intan, Ms. Hanim and Ms. Gracy the way how they treated my partner is top notch. About the pharmacist Ms. Chang Ee Min, Ms. Nora, Ms. Erne, they are not ordinary pharmacists… they are very professional, very good in explaining what the medication is for and all else you need to know. They deserve a huge compliment! I never have this experience the way how oncology team is working so well with empathy, always have positive vibes, keep the patient have motivation to live. Other than the oncology teams I have good experience too with Dr. Nandy Kumer, he was amazing consultant surgery specialist. I got my small surgery and my partner had twice major surgery and went well. His assistant also very nice. Over all my experience and my partner being treated very very good in Tung Shin Hospital. Dr.Tan Meng Kuan seeing my mum since 1990 ,his service is very good,all the staff are taking care of mum very good and friendly .Bottom of my heart the doctor and the services are well done,last but not least doctor and nurses and staff best of helping here
