I had minor surgery on my ankle on 4/9/23 with Dr. Arman & team. Alhamdulillah, we received excellent service from all the staff involved. I just wanted to provide feedback regarding the prayer room on level 5. The women's and men's prayer areas are separated by a curtain in the middle. I feel this is not appropriate at all, as women's 'aurat' (private parts) can easily be exposed if the curtain is pulled aside intentionally or unintentionally. On that day, I observed a man accidentally pull aside the curtain. Fortunately, I was fully covered at the time. I hope this can be modified in accordance with Islamic law. Thank you.

My experience while in msu medical centre doing dialysis from 17 may till 25 may 2024 and 1 jun till 4 jun 2024. Very good service. Nurse and staff incharge very friendly and treated well. This place is comfortable. Very recomended and satisfying. 5 star to this dialysis centre and msu medical centre. I would like to thank you to professor dr. Arman zaharil mat saad, dr. Ahmad azhar bin abdul rahim and dr. Ruzaimi md. Yusoff, nurses ward a 1419, ward b 1428, pa huda, pa suzana, pa emma and staff for their very good, concern and friendly service here. 25.8.2024 Dealing with Ms. Adiba to go to the hospital. Then proceeded directly to the ED. The ED staff were very helpful. Then the doctor at the ED contacted Prof. Arman regarding my illness. After the scan, Prof. reserved the OT. Within 1 hour, GL was approved. The OT staff were very kind and friendly. They calmed me down as I was quite worried about the surgery. Anesthesiologist Dr. Amelia calmly provided a very clear explanation. From admission to discharge, the service was excellent. Thank you to all the nurses on ward 14B. Staff member Zamri came to ask if there were any issues that MSUMC could improve. Upon discharge, the staff helped carry our belongings to the car. Thank you Mr. Kamarul for always being helpful. This lengthy review is because the service at MSUMC is excellent. Specialist doctors, friendly and good staff. The environment is very clean and comfortable. Visitors are also comfortable. Recommended.
