The hospital environment is clean, comfortable, and well managed, which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Dr. Azam was incredibly skilled, patient, and thorough in explaining the procedure and recovery process. His calm and confident approach helped ease my worries, and I felt I was in very capable hands from start to finish. Went to see Dr Siva - ortho, for check up. Well received by the reception and his nurse. Everything went smoothly and saw him and reassured me about my condition of O.A. Bi-lateral H.Gel were given. No pain and everything was over n medicine was collected. What a breeze. Though I wish parking could be handled more efficiently. A pleasant visit I must say. Datin COP.

Dr Azam and his assistant Ms Fira was so friendly and helpful during my husband 2nd time operation. Dr Azam was so caring and the procedure went so well and now the pain has reduce so much lower which will gradually subside. Thank you so much Dr Azam and his team.
