Very good and satisfactory services by Prof Dr Sia, Dr Shanti and Dr Simon Hui. Nurse Sheila from level 3 ICU was very attentive and caring. Nurses are very helpful. The wards and hospital are clean. Superb services generally. Food is ok. However the hospital's lifts may be added to cope with the heavy traffic and utilisation.

The service by the ENT specialist, Dr Bala and his nurses at the specialist clinic was exceptional. Also to the op theatre doctors, Dr Simon and team was really good. Kudos to them! Now here comes to the service at the ward. The worst that I have ever come across. Ward 6A, you really need to buck up or just leave your profession as a nurse. Not attentive, ring bell for help takes about 45 minutes to an hour to be attended. Can imagine if an emergency happens, what will be our fate? Nurses are very rough and rude when giving meds and injections. They need some smiling classes. When walking over to the reception to get help, the look that we get from the nurses is like “Why are you so troublesome?” To whoever that is managing ward 6A and the hospital nurses, time to pull your sleeves up and get down to the ground and fix these issues or else you’re going down to the drain very soon. From a distressed patient from ward 6A, Siran
