I called to make an appointment with Dr. Bala on 30.03.2022 that I wanted to see him on 04.04.2022 around 3pm as he will start at 3pmm and then I made an appointment to see Dr Vanitha Hema at around 2pm the same day. I received an SMS on 02042022 from your hospital saying that my appointment with Dr. Vanitha is 2.15pm and with Dr. Bala 5.15pm on the same day This is very inconvenience to a patient. If it is a first come first serve basis then the hospital should not fixed an appointment time and at a time which is outside the 3.00pm - 5.00pm. Your operator whom took up the appointment was very unfriendly when I made this complain.

I was admitted here for 7 days in ward 7A. All the doctors treated me Dr Bala and Chan Yee Meng really very good. Highly recommend doctors. And the staff ward 7A also very helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to my good friend nurse Ms Sara. The food also very nice and clean environment.

Recommended services for all medical treatment related…. Been attached with few doctors ie Dr Goh (OnG), Dr Guna (Neuro), Dr Pok (Surgery), Dr Salehuddin (Paed) and Dr Bala…..

Dr. Bala is the best urologist around Klang Valley.

I've been a patient of ParkCity Medical Centre (PMC) for several years now. Taasha who is a patient liaison pointed me to this page and I am happy to go on record to say that I have had great experiences coming here. From the logical and methodical approach of Dr Bala, to Dr Raymond's bedside manner that as open as a chat in a cafe, to Dr Chua who sees the humour in every situation, the doctors here are skilled and yet very human. The nursing staff are polite and caring, the pharmacists are patient in explaining how we should take our medicines and the catering in this hospital is not bad. I've been coming to PMC for years with good reason. While not perfect, it's still a joyful place to come to for our medical needs.
