I don’t want to give even one star… My husband fell on the stairs and fell down from his face. His 3 teeth got cracked, some pieces of cracked teeth went to his gum and lips, his lips were opened widely and bled a lot. ①We went to emergency at 14:00, he was bleeding crazy, no one helped him and just told him to sit down. He was covering his mouth with HIS HANDS, because they didn’t give him any gauze or something to apply from infection. We couldn’t stand their service, so told them” please put him gauze to prevent from any infection”, then they gave ONLY gauze itself!!!!!!!! My husband put the gauze to cover his mouth BY HIMSELF. ② when we mentioned that we want to use AIA for insurance, and they said “there is no doctor who is in charge for AIA now”. I was like….huh!? If the person uses different insurances, other doctor can’t check him??? What kind of rules?? ③ we waited until 19:00 since they kept saying that “ doctor is coming”. But we couldn’t wait anymore , so requested to leave. Also we said “ we will pay first without insurance, so just proceed with treatment”, then finally they took action. It seems they concern about money more than patients’ life or pain. ④ “Plastic Surgeon doctor” you are very unkind person. We were panic, not sure what will happen, waited for so long. Just wanted to be reassured. These are the answers what he made to our questions. 1. How long will it be?- “it depends” 2. What kind of treatment you’ll make? “ I don’t know I’ll see first” 3. Will it be scard? “ it depends on your husband how he takes care” Are you serious? What kind of doctor is he?? After all, we never got any information what he has done and any advice for the wounds from him. Actually we have never seen after the surgery. ④ dentist didn’t treat my husband’s broken teeth on the day. No one showed up on the day. Next day, when finally came was 18:00 and imagine what he told my husband. “ oh….There is no facilities here. Please go somewhere else. What?! You could’ve told us much earlier, now it’s 18:00, what dentist opens at this time?? You made our time wasted here. ⑤ Bill… It says “ DOCTOR VISITED TWICE”. CHARGED RM150 PER VISITING. Over my husband’s staying in this hospital, Nobody checked his wounds AT ALL, not even once. At least, nurses were helpful. after all, hey charged us almost RM13,000! Don’t go pantai.

Hospitals today need money to operate we get that, but when hospitals lack concern, empathy and only ask question, mode of payment, it becomes a business only enterprise. This lack of emphathy is lacking across most of the division. The doctors are still of good quality, but the support system needs to buck up. Special mention to the anesthesiologist who was fullfilling her role as a doctor, showed empathy and even called.

Terribly long wait for the ortho doctor to sign off on a GL letter. It took FIVE hours for him to sign of on it and for his admin staff to submit it. We’re still here waiting for the GL to be approved. Private hospital no diff from gov hospital in terms of wait time.

The worst and most terrifying experience of my life — all because of the anaesthesia doctor Before the procedure even started, the anaesthesia doctor let me suffer in so much pain. It was extremely unprofessional and traumatic. I expected care and compassion, but got none. To make things worse, the hospital admission process was a nightmare. It took over 6 hours just to get a room. First, they said the delay was due to pending insurance GL. Then they said if I wanted it fast, I should pay on my own. But after I agreed to self-pay, they suddenly told me there were no rooms available. Lousy coordination and terrible service overall.

My wife and i (we are both doctors) just had our baby born in this hospital. We were under the care of the amazing Dr Lavitha Sivapatham who went above and beyond throughout the six months of care rendered. Excellent explanations, excellent surgical skills with an invisible scar post Caesar and excellent care throughout. We had seen five different OBGs from different hospitals around Klang Valley and she was the most reassuring and confident, with glowing reviews from fellow doctors. The Anaesthetist was Dr Joseph Manavalan, very reassuring hands and a calm voice amidst stressful moments. Thank you too to our Neonatologist, Dr Anushree for the safe care of our baby girl. Wonderful staff nurses, lactation and nursery nurses and physio/ rehab of both antenatal and postnatal c3. Excellent care from beginning till the end at the billing staff. Money well spent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
