The best private hospital! Awesome environment and effective staff and friendly customer service. I have found the Best Gynecologist DR.VINODHINI, who is very friendly, kind and supportive and makes me feel very comfortable. She is an amazing doctor and very helpful as well as explains in detail. She always answers my questions. Thank you very much Dr❤️

Switched to this hospital when I was already 37 weeks of pregnancy and chose Dr. Vino as my OB/GYN (couldn’t have much choice as it was last minute. Not all of the doctors willing to take the third trimester patients and most of them are already fully booked with appointments). It is not an easy decision to make when you only have 3 more weeks to deliver the baby, as you switched in the hospital and changed from your existing specialist that you are comfortable with to another specialist, but kudos to Dr. Vino for being really helpful during my pregnancy journey! The service and facilities have all been on the higher end. The nurses and staffs were friendly and attentive. The hospitality and food menu during my stay was good. They also offered a maternity package which is affordable for private hospital. The overall experience has been pleasant and a positive one, although there are some instances when the finance has caused us delayed refunds and irritation. Many thanks to Dr. Vino and the team for taking part in the birth and wonderful care during my pregnancy, labor and the safe delivery of the baby. Recommend to seek medical attention here!

Doctor Vino is a very helpful and soft doctor. She comforts me during my hard time upon receiving the results of my papsmear. Dr Vino also consult me even after jlher office time Azreenon the other hand also been very helpful. She assist me in smoothen my appointment schedule, very polite and welcone patient very well

I am a csec mother MRN no 600166714 under doc Vinodhini Baskaran and she is a really great gynaecologist. My C sec was done 20th Nov @8 am everything went smooth with the surgery but I developed an allergy reaction on 21st November at 3 50 am. I had a very swollen Uvula which lead to choking while I was asleep as it was blocking my breathing passage. The nurses at that time acted very fast but I mentioned to them a few times to call my gynaecologist Dr Vinodhini. Instead they called the ER doc Dr farah and she did what she could by giving me a hydrocort jab. The swelling went down but at 5 30 am i felt the swelling coming back and notified them again. The same doc came and gave me an anti histamine tablet and nebulizer . This was realy traumatic experience and I was so scared I was going to die. I asked the nurse so many times to bring my baby back from the nursery to me cause I was so scared i wanted to see her but no they didn’t bring n didn't tell me why until Ikept asking. This is not how they should treat a new mother and it was important for me to see her that time. After this episode I asked if my gynaecologist Dr Vino was informed the nurse shook her head meaning yes. At 8 am i texted Dr Vino as i felt they did not inform her and she called me after her c section surgery told me no one informed her about this. She came to my ward shortly and scolded the nurses for not informing her. Now I have gone through a c sec surgery and I have refused painkillers and antibiotics because i am traumatised with my experience. I am now in pain and am really disappointed with this and did not expect the nurses in Park City medical centre to be so undertrained. Please ensure that this does not happen to any other patients in future.

She was incredibly warm and friendly, making sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Her professionalism and genuine care really made me feel good , and she took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and attentive gynecologist! Moreover the hospital team, were just as friendly and supportive. Everyone I meet , from the receptionists to the nurses, made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their attitude and willingness to help really enhanced my experience.
