Great services and experience from my 2 nights stay here! Dr Shyamala is an exceptional respiratory specialist and is really good at what she does! And so were the nurses and staff, including clerk Gandhimadhi of ward 4B. Admission was a bit of a hiccup due to the communication with my insurance provider, but nonetheless, they were quite empathetic and made sure I got a bed at the soonest. Thank you!

I'm having a good experience throughout my stay in SJMC. My doctor, Dr Shyamala really took a good care of me. She took the time to explain in details about my condition, the treatment and what should be done to mitigate the risk again in the future. I feel happy with the treatment and felt assured about my health condition in her hand. My attending physiotherapist, Mr. Ram is friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions regarding the therapy. He even suggest the alternative to the therapy that I'm having in the hospital so I can do it at home. The instructions he gave are clear, concise and easy to remember. The nurses and staff in Ward 4D are nice and helpful. They're all very polite and attend to me kindly when I need help giving me a wholesome experience for this admission. Thank you to everyone involved in SJMC and hope the excellent service will continue.
