Best among all the hospitals so far. Dr Sharizan is very professional , knowledgable and caring . Same for the nurses( Zati, Ain, Nadia and those I cannot remember sorry )that provide non stop good quality care and service . Felt like I was well care for when I was there .Ruby (physiotherapist) was very friendly and supportive

She explained everything clearly, took her time to assess my condition, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and truly dedicated to her patients. My hand is feeling so much better now, and I’m grateful for her professionalism and kindness. First time at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak, and honestly, I came in with really bad neck pain. I was scared and in so much discomfort, but I managed to get an appointment with Dr. Sharizan Yusoff quite fast. From the moment I met her, she was calm, gentle, and always had a sweet smile that immediately made me feel at ease. She arranged for an MRI and took the time to explain everything clearly even when I was shocked by the results. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or dismissed. I’ve completed my laser RFA and am still recovering, but I’m very grateful for the care I received. The ward team was attentive, and even the food was surprisingly comforting ~ selalu on time, fresh and still panas macam baru angkat dari dapur. Room No. 99A - I was admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak for 5 nights, and I am truly grateful for the wonderful care I received. All the staff here—from the nurses to the support team—treated me with kindness, patience and professionalism throughout my stay. The food served was also surprisingly good and made my recovery experience more comfortable. A special thank you to Dr. Sharizan, who took care of me. She has such a warm, reassuring personality and always made me feel safe and well taken care of. Her explanations were clear, she listened attentively, and she consistently checked on my condition, which gave me a lot of confidence during my recovery. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak for their excellent service and dedicated team.
