Same for the nurses( Zati, Ain, Nadia and those I cannot remember sorry )that provide non stop good quality care and service . First time at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak, and honestly, I came in with really bad neck pain. I was scared and in so much discomfort, but I managed to get an appointment with Dr. Sharizan Yusoff quite fast. From the moment I met her, she was calm, gentle, and always had a sweet smile that immediately made me feel at ease. She arranged for an MRI and took the time to explain everything clearly even when I was shocked by the results. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed or dismissed. I’ve completed my laser RFA and am still recovering, but I’m very grateful for the care I received. The ward team was attentive, and even the food was surprisingly comforting ~ selalu on time, fresh and still panas macam baru angkat dari dapur.
