Dr. Hemanth Kumar is one of the most comforting and pleasant doctors at TMC, very positive and puts you at ease. Had a medical emergency and he immediately scheduled my operation the same day and was very attentive to me in my recovery process. Seriously a big thank you.

Discharge process could take slightly longer than expected but understandable insurance approval works that way. Other than that, my family prefers Thomson Hospital for the Doctor and customer service experience. 3 of my kids were admitted here for 5 days and services from paediatric ward were good. Customer service team namely Danial, Farah and Tun Fatimah are just superb in assisting my dad at the concierge while I was trying to get a last minute appointment slot with Dr Hemanth and nurse Jeya on 14/6 ! The nurse at the clinic treated my family with respect. I would come back again. Just one thing, perhaps the indian girl Thilaga at admission counter could pick up on smiling behind her face mask, we can tell if you are sulking behind the mask. Overall, This hospital is still my family's first choice.
