Dr. Lau (Cardiology) and Dr. Vanitha are very good and kind. Customer service representative Ms. Punitha guided me and my family very well.

Waited for 2 hours and was told my old file was lost. Then I asked for a referral letter, but it wasn't given. After returning home, it wasn't in the envelope and I had to request it again. Hope for improvement and for the doctor's assistant, Lau Gin Choy, to be more alert. The doctor is kind and friendly. Please be more attentive to patient requests; it's quite a hassle to come to Thomson just to get a referral letter.
