I went to Sunway Medical Wellness Centre for medical check up on 2 Aug 2023. It’s the worst experience in my life to choose Sunway Medical Wellness Centre. Everything went well till radiology department. It’s really horrible experience. The que was long, and worse is everyone has to hold their urine before the ultrasound scanning at radiology department. All I can see was everyone waiting outside the ultrasound room and faces were all pale with full capacity of bladders, and yet the Dr was taking her own sweet time to do the ultrasound with patients. No time check and no KPI recorded. I believe I had waited for more than 1 hr, and holding the urine was real suffering. Checking with nurses my turn didn’t seem to help anything, because the arrangement for patients’ turn was not even arranged properly. I was really thinking to give up this ultrasound, but I didn’t. There was an old uncle also pitifully expressing it is terrible to hold the urine for that long. Never in my life had to hold my urine till this long, I was really frustrated. It’s really considered paying money to get suffer from Sunway Medical Wellness Centre. This Dr Fazalina from radiology department is providing a poor service, when finally my turn it took less than 10 minutes to get my scanning done, I just cannot believe the patient before me took more than 30 minutes. I guess they were dating with each other in ultrasound room. When I had done, I wanted to lodge my complaint to customer service, all the staffs like trying to sway away from my complaint, and pointed me with no direction. Even asking me to fill up feedback form. My goodness, I wanted to complain, I need to talk to someone in charge, not wasting my time to fill up those questions about cleanliness and environment of the centre. All I can say, the service is disappointing, the Dr cannot provide professional service and there is no efficiency shown. The ultrasound report was even typed wrongly with the wrong wordings. It’s literally a very disappointing service I experienced from Sunway Medical Wellness Centre, and I would not want to experience another time and definitely will stop any of my family and friends to visit again this wellness centre.
