Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau branch is one of the comfortable hospital among others branches as my son also has been treated here last year and all the doctors was very professional and did a very good job. From the treatment and surgery that my son had on the head, he only had a very little scar and cannot really be seen because the Surgeon Doc did so well! Good job! But this time when I went to this hospital, I am so disappointed with Dr. Syed Kadir (MO) in Emergency Department due to his unprofessional attitude. I have never been scold by the doctor for taking my medication and it was also prescribed by ENT doc in Bahrain. Instead of scolding patients, he suppose to give solutions or suggestions as I was in pain and my problem as a Stewardess is not same as the doctor that work only onground. I knew that he is not an aviation doctor but the way he talk to me. I felt so disappointed for the attitude. With the sarcastic sound and doesn’t sound emphatic to the patient at all. Plus, due to his report. Congratulations that he make so much hassle for my insurance. End up, I didn’t able to get any treatment in this hospital under my insurance. Thanks to him a lot as make the bad reputation to this hospital. If mybe 1 day I need a treatment for any circumstances, I would come to get a treatment in this hospital but I definitely will strictly demand not to be treated by Dr Syed Kadir in ED. Thank you Columbia Asia Bukit Rimau, your hospitality is the best. However, just 1 doc make a very bad impression to us as a patient.

despite recent controversy surrounding the johor branch, the emergency department in bukit rimau was exceptional in its efficiency to treat my neck spasms (cervival spondylosis, according to the diagnosis). i especially want to thank the medical officer Dr Ami, the nurse (an indian lady whose name i unfortunately forgot in the midst of the pain), and the x ray expert (whose name i didn't catch), who were especially understanding of my pain and did their very best to accommodate. the finance department was also efficient in helping me with invoicing and receipt in the early morning to claim insurance. i was in pain so it wasn't exactly fantastic, but they were very understanding and accommodating.

Good service and the doctors especially Dr.kalai,Dr. Hema and staff nurse Archana (chemotherapy unit )all are really doing good job ♥️

Brought my dad for clinical trial and the doctors and nurses are very professional. Everything was good and especially Dr. Hema and Dr. Kanan are very attentive and let my dad to rest knowing he been fasting for the test
