Dr and nurses are great, service is really great overall. Came here for maternity check-up and also delivery and everything was a breeze. But after more than 7 visits, I feel something is really wrong with the booking time allocation. I've been arriving at least 30 minutes earlier than scheduled time, sometimes even earlier than that. But each time, I get called in late - at least an hour later than my scheduled booking time. So a total of at least 2-3 hours wasted each visit. Few times because the Dr. had to attend emergency situations, which is understandable in those instances. Just hope can better improve on booking time allocation to account for potential overlapping of booking ie. longer consultation time with patients, late arrival, etc. Because I notice consultation with Dr. is allocated for 30 mins only each patient but most times it goes beyond that. So it would be best to allocate accordingly at least an hour consultation each person.
