My son received exceptional care here. All the nurses in the pediatric department provided excellent support to my son, and I extend my gratitude to Dr. Aida for her outstanding services and advice.

Maternity ward good environment, nurse service kind & nice, food taste no bad more choice. Specially for my maternity Doctor, Dr. Siva O&G department level 1 room 10, took good care of me after the birth, and I took medicine to relieve pain and blood-clearing injections to help blood circulation. Nurse Ms Hana will inform you of the time of each prenatal check-up and will help forward the information to the doctor if you have any questions. General Paediatrics Dr. Aida level 1, room 5, takes great care of the jaundice index of the newborn. She will instruct how to observe, how much milk to give, and check the shape and color of the stool. She will write down the areas that need attention and let our confinement center nurses implement them. Nurse incharge Ms Wani is very caring. When she sees the baby crying, she will help hug and comfort her. The appointment time is also written down and notified in detail.

My child was admitted to the ward due to a high fever. The service staff at the Emergency Department and the Pediatric Ward were truly the best. Dr. Aida was also very friendly. The new ward is clean and comfortable. The food service staff were also very considerate. Truly the best!

This was my first time bringing my child from Aceh to KL, and I chose Hospital Sentosa. Alhamdulillah, I was welcomed with warmth and friendliness. My child felt comfortable and calm, and the check-up process became quick because Dr. Aida is very good at winning over children. My child's complaint here was speech delay, requiring a hearing test. This hospital is very well-equipped with audiology facilities, which expedited the examination results on the same day, within just a few hours. Maternity ward - the experience of us For the 1st time after covid, my son was admitted to hospital due to acute fever cause of Influenza. Thinking of which hospital should we go that is near to our house for our easier commute, we decided to come here. Being assisted at Emergency Department, it was so fast, it took me lesser than half an hour to get into the ward.. i felt so lucky. Since we need isolation room and paediatrics did not have it so we are being put in the O&G ward. Having Dr Sharifah Aida as the paeds in-charge for my boy, i am so glad. Her explanations on how should we treat my son, precise and understandable. I would recommend if anyone were to fine paediatrician you may find Dr Sharifah Aida here..
