Dr. Fatin and Dr. Chin take care of my child very well

Room 62 14nov-18nov 2025 Dr Fatin and nurses are ok. Meals ok. Room ok. Registration and discharge process Ok. BUT, I asked for single room for privacy. But during nights, male cleaner who picked up the rubbish in the room and the bathroom will enter before being permitted. Then what is the purpose for me asking for the single room? Also need to highlight this issue about meds given to patient. I was warded due to eyes infection and the medication must be given every 2 hours. There were 3 different types of eye drops and each of them must be about 1 minute gap. However I found that, several times I had to call the nurses as they seemed to forget the other two medication of the eye drops. Stayed in ward for 4 nights.
