Worst experience ever. Went here because of my skin conditions and after eating the medicine Dr. Irene gave, my skin got worst and worst. Not only that the medicine ruined my skin, it also ruined my body. I had hives on my whole body after eating the medicines and I tried to called and texted the contact number they gave, they won’t accept my call and replied my message after 3 days. What they replied was just “ go to emergency, this week we closed clinic” . Dr. Irene also said that she doesn’t entertain customers online, if we have any issues then we need to walk in to find her. But from what I know, Sunway Medical in Bandar Sunway allowed tele-consultation so why Sunway Medical in Sunway Velocity not allow? Overall experiences was bad and I would not recommend anyone to visit here.

i used to visit the pantai cheras but ever since dr irene moved to sunway, i have been coming here for my health check since my followup is with dr irene here. overall happy with the team, nurses look stress but they are kind to me. glad that we have new option in cheras.
