My doter admitted in ward Level 7 on 7-9 April 2026 under Dr Ooi (neurologist) due to severe migraine. The service starting from the front office at ground floor until the nurses in ward Level 7 was excellent. The concierge person at the ground floor (7th April, around 8.30 pm) took a wheelchair and assist my doter as she couldnt walk and keep on vomiting. I was told that there was a problem on the aircondition on Level 7 but the nurses took an immediate action to provide a standing fan for my doter. Very much appreciation to Gleneagles Hospital KL especially to the concierge person and the nurses (evening shift I guess) for their hospitality. Thumbs up also to Ms Thilaga, one of the customer service who attended right before we check out from the hospital. Very friendly and patience when we asked too many questions. Please convey our special thanks to these people, front desk counter 3 (one guy on duty around 8.30 pm, 7th April 2026), the concierge guy, the nurses in Level 7-06 and Ms Thilaga the customer service. I have been experiencing issues with acid reflux/GERD. I consulted with Dr. Paul Yap upon the recommendation of my neurologist (Dr. Ooi Phaik Yee). Following Dr. Paul Yap's advice, I underwent an endoscopy on February 14, 2025, at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. The procedure was handled very professionally, quickly, and without any pain whatsoever. Dr. Paul Yap explained the endoscopy results in detail, and the medication prescribed has been very effective for my recovery. Kudos to Dr. Paul Yap 👍👍👍

Saw Dr Ooi a very helpful neurologist who did a thorough examination and gave sensible advice.

My Neuro doctor is very helpful and very direct no running around the bush. She helps me a lot realising i dong have hypertension. For the nurses they are all very helpful and frieny. Kudos to the team of neuroscience and to Dr. Ooi.
