• Doctor and hospital information cross-referenced with public government records, including the National Specialist Registry (NSR)
• Tools to research and compare healthcare providers based on publicly available data
• A platform to submit enquiries and book appointments

Important: We do not provide medical services directly. All medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, and healthcare decisions are the sole responsibility of the healthcare providers and patients. We act solely as an information aggregation platform to help patients make informed choices.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting enquiries
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Reviews: Patient reviews are aggregated directly from publicly available sources such as Google Reviews. We do not create, solicit, or edit review content; we simply index what is already visible to the public to help patients make informed decisions.
• Hospital Information: Hospital details are compiled from publicly available sources and official hospital communications.

Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure accuracy, all information is provided for general informational purposes only. Prices are indicative and may vary. Medical information should not be considered professional medical advice. Users should verify all details directly with healthcare providers before making decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medlads shall not be liable for:

• Any medical outcomes, complications, side effects, or adverse events resulting from treatments
• Disputes between patients and healthcare providers
• Actions, omissions, or negligence of healthcare providers
• The content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in third-party reviews aggregated from public sources
• Any claims arising from information sourced from public records or third-party platforms
• Loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any issues arising from third-party services

Third-Party Content: Reviews and ratings displayed on our platform are aggregated from publicly available third-party sources. We do not create, verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the opinions, accuracy, or content of these reviews. Healthcare providers with concerns about specific reviews should contact the original source platform where the review was posted.

Users are strongly advised to:
• Conduct their own due diligence on healthcare providers
• Consider multiple sources of information when making decisions
• Obtain appropriate medical insurance
• Seek independent medical opinions when appropriate

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Medlads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any dispute between you and a healthcare provider

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Medlads or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our platform

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or healthcare providers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
• Use our platform for any purpose other than its intended use

Medlads does not currently charge users for using our platform. However:

• Payment for medical services is made directly to healthcare providers
• Payment terms, methods, and cancellation policies are set by individual providers
• Currency conversions are approximate and may vary
• We recommend clarifying all costs and payment terms directly with providers before proceeding

We are not responsible for any payment disputes between users and healthcare providers.

Cancellation policies vary by healthcare provider. Users should:

• Review the provider's cancellation policy before booking
• Contact the healthcare provider directly for cancellation requests
• Understand that cancellation fees may apply

Medlads is not responsible for any losses due to cancellations or no-shows.

Users are solely responsible for any arrangements made outside of our platform, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, or other logistics related to their medical appointments. We are not responsible for any issues or expenses arising from such arrangements.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
