A heartfelt thank you to both the ENT doctor adzreil and the anesthesiology doctor rajeshwari for taking such wonderful care of my child during the tonsil procedure. This is already the third time we’ve had a procedure with the ENT doctor, and as always, everything was explained so clearly and made the whole experience feel calm and easy. It really gives me peace of mind and trust that my child is in safe hands. The anesthesiology doctor was especially lovely , so calm, gentle, and friendly with the children. My little one felt comfortable and cared for, which made such a big difference. I am so grateful for all your patience, kindness, and the motherly care you showed throughout.

This hospital provided the best “sick experienced” and kindness towards me more powerful than any other meds (literally) hahaha and this is not my 1st time here okay? Everything from the registration until the end, i had no issue at all. Waiting time? No biggies, still can tolerate. Because i know im being served by the best team ever. Started when i had my stomachache on 24th Feb, went to 2 different clinic, they refer me to the hospital since the issue didn’t resolved. Then i met the very lovely, Dr Shanthini that suggested my problem should be treated by Dr Naveen. And from there……..i know im in good hands, definitely under the care of wonderful specialist. Dr Naveen and all the nurses (80B Ward) have made sure im well looked after my appendicectomy. Kuddos to Dr Rajeswari as my anes too. The way she comforted me before and after the surgery. So sweet and very motherly. The food team - awesome with lotsa menu and ordering just by using QR code daily. Hassle-free. The server very friendly, on time and food definitely very tasty. ✨✨✨✨✨ Not to forget, to the ladies that behind the scenes, all the aunties/kakaks. Thank you for keeping my space so clean every single day. I really appreciate your hard work. Satisfied with my “short vacay” (26/2-2/3) and really grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. I’m 33 days postpartum today and finally got the chance to leave a review for Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. I had my emergency C-section here under Dr. Nurliyana and overall it was a very good experience. She was attentive and reassuring throughout my pregnancy and surgery. My C-section went smoothly and my wound healed perfectly. Special thanks to my anaesthetist, Dr. Rajeswari, who was very kind and supportive. She stayed beside me throughout the operation, constantly reassuring me until everything was done. I would also like to mention the paediatrician, Dr. Ng Kar Jin, who has taken care of my two older children and now my newborn as well. He is very professional and truly good with children. My baby was warded a few days after birth due to jaundice, and I was allowed to be warded together with my baby so I could continue breastfeeding, which I really appreciated as this hospital is very breastfeeding-friendly. I stayed in a executive suite equipped with a fridge, allowing me to pump and store breast milk. The nursery team was very helpful in assisting with feeding my baby when I needed some rest, which I’m truly thankful for. All staff in the labour room, ward, nursery, and breastfeeding team were kind, caring, and supportive throughout. Thank you to the entire team for making my delivery and postpartum journey smooth and comforting. Highly recommended. 💙

Mom had a CT scan of the abdomen for 1.4k. Blood tests were required because Mom is already 70 years old. When setting up the IV line at the emergency department, it was difficult to get it in. So they asked if an anesthesiologist could do it, but it would cost an additional RM350 or so. We agreed. Everything went smoothly, thank God, and the service was excellent. When it was time to pay, we were surprised because it only cost RM1.2k+ in total. Alhamdulillah, there was even a discount from the anesthesiologist and the hospital. Recommended for being affordable and having excellent service.

Admitted at Day Care for a day. Both nurses was really helpful,friendly and made everything pleasant for me. The aneshesist doctor and all the nurses at OT was superb too. Tq to Columbia Asia for whole process being smooth.
