      Excellent customer service and consultation were provided by the ENT Consultant, Dr. Khairul, along with the support of Mr. Ooo Balan from the customer service team. I first visited this hospital in 2019, and due to the outstanding service I received, I have continued to return here and have chosen this hospital again for another health concern.

      I had a great experience with Dr Khairul , Dr Boon and Dr Kwan at Columbia Asia Hospital. The doctor was very friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. The staff were also helpful and the overall process was smooth. Highly recommended for anyone with ENT issues.
