The outpatient staff was friendly and the clinic was clean. However, be prepared for a long wait—I waited over an hour despite having an appointment. It's ok, because staff already inform me about the delay the day before when confirming the appointment. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ong Kean Loong. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the best care. I am very grateful for the excellent treatment I received. Thank you!
