I would like to sincerely thank Dr Tan Sui Teng and CA Anis for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent care throughout my treatment. I also want to thank Dr Noor Faizah, who performed my FNAC, for being so kind, patient, and reassuring during the procedure. I underwent several procedures here, including CT scan, FNAC, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery, and septoturbinoplasty, and everything was well managed and clearly explained. This is my third time being warded at this hospital, and I can honestly say the service has improved significantly compared to my first admission. I am also very grateful to Puan Shila from the Customer Care Experience for attentively handling my concerns and complaints. Her care and patience made a real difference. The nursing staff across the medical/surgical, paediatric wards and operating theatre were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, making my stay much more comfortable. Stayed for 5 days and the care was amazing! Big thanks to Dr. Navanithan (Physician) for being so attentive and caring, and to Dr. Tan Sui Teng (ENT Specialist) for being super thorough and kind. Big shout-out to the nursing team, every single one of them, day or night, always greeted me with a 😊and made me feel well cared for. The room was comfy, clean, and had such a calming view. Thank you KPJ Kuala Selangor for the outstanding care and hospitality. You turned an unwell moment into a very pleasant stay. Definitely a 5-star experience!
