I would like to express my gratitude to the nurses, sisters, staff, and doctors who assisted me and my family during our medical check-up and treatment at Island Hospital. Thank you to the Customer Service team, especially Ms. Primila and her colleagues, Sister Muru and the team at the I-Health Medical Check-Up Centre. Also, thank you to Mr. David and the X-ray radiology team. Mr. David was very helpful in providing information regarding treatment at Island Hospital. I also wish to thank Dr. Hng Peng Kiat, Dr. Vijaya Barath, Dr. Damian Wong, Dr. Eric Soh, Dr. Chow Chong Check, and all the nurses at the clinic. First time visited from Surabaya, Indonesia. We booked appointment with Dr. Chow & also full health screening for the next day. All done through online system. When we arrive there, they help us and direct us what to do and where to go. They also help us keep our luggages because we couldn’t check in yet to our accommodation. The doctor and the nurses also polite and helpful. The only downside is the waiting time is so long because so many patients. For health screening we came at 8 am, waited for an hour to be called, then finished at 12-1 pm. Then we need to come back at 3 pm to see doctor to read the results.
