I was admitted through emergency at 3am, the process is smooth and fast. I was attended almost immediately. The medical tests and scans are swiftly, except the one that need to wait for turns. During my 5d4n stay, I was treated kindly and warmly by all the attending nurses, staffs, and medical personnels. Meals are punctual and selection is easy. They did daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet. Special thanks to Dr.SIVAPRAGASAM A/L S.VACHIRAVEL, the Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon, and Dr. Muhammad Zohdy Bin Musa, the Consultant Anesthesiologist. They are not just good looking and friendly, they are also professional and dedicated. They have been constantly checking on me and make extra efforts to study my past medical records carefully before deciding the procedures catering to my medical needs. They cooperated to perform sleep procedure for endoscopy (+ polyps removal) and colonoscopy, and also GA for Laser Haemorrhoidoplasty/LHP surgery for me. The recovery is fast and I feel least pain as compared to what I've been through in the past at other hospitals. After the abdominal CT scan and scope procedures, Dr. Siva even took extra efforts to explain the reports findings to me patiently, listened to my needs, and suggesting solutions to it. Dr. Zohdy too making efforts to constantly checking on me after surgery, and too listened to my needs. Another special thanks to nurses and staffs attending to ward No.82 & No.79 (the rooms I stayed). They are friendly and kind, making my stay here feels comfortable. Love seeing their smiling faces 😊 Thank you all for taking care of me during my stay ❤
