Upon the recommendation of a close friend, I was introduced to MMC (Dr. Sevellaraja, suite 105) for my condition, adenomyosis. I wish to express my highest gratitude to Mahkota Medical Centre for providing a treatment experience that was not only professional but also deeply touched my heart as a patient. Arriving at the hospital feeling worried and anxious was not easy. However, from my very first step here, I was greeted with such warm and empathetic service. Throughout my HIFU treatment, Dr. Sevellaraja provided explanations that were very clear, calm, and reassuring. His communication style made me feel understood, valued, and not alone in facing this treatment. The nurses at his clinic were very friendly and caring. Every question I had was answered with great patience, and every service was provided with a smile that soothed my heart. My experience in Ward 2B is also unforgettable, especially with Puan Suliati binti Bedol and her colleagues. They did not just perform their duties; they truly cared for patients with utmost sincerity. The way they spoke, attended to me, and gave their attention made me feel safe and calm, as if I were in the care of my own family. I was also deeply touched by how my medications were explained to me. Everything was explained in language that was very easy to understand, without confusing terminology. This greatly helped me, as a patient, to understand my own condition and the recovery process with more confidence. Not to be forgotten are the security guards, counter staff, and everyone in charge in every department, including the HIFU ward. Each one of them played a significant role in providing an extraordinary hospitality experience. Their polite, friendly, and always helpful demeanor truly reduced the fear and anxiety I felt. Overall, my experience at Mahkota Medical Centre was more than just treatment; it was a journey filled with compassion, empathy, and professionalism. In my moments of weakness and fear, their presence all provided invaluable strength and peace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend Mahkota Medical Centre to anyone needing treatment; this is indeed the place where patients are truly treated with heart.

Good hospital, all the nurses are also kind and patient in serving patients. Dr. Selva is a good doctor, meticulous and patient with patients. However, admission is very slow in serving, and one of the male staff is very unkind. Thanks all.
