Last week, around night time, i accompany my wife to ED due to unwell for several days. She had taken medication but sadly didnt see any changes. C/O vommit more 10x, diarhea 3-4x, nausea, fever of 38.6°C, feeling bloated. DR Nabila, MO at that time just gave medication and i ask to the staff there if my wife can get MC but sadly and dissapointed with the respond of not getting MC or getting the right treatment. After several hours of the incident then only she issued the mc and the staff ask to take at ED. With this kind of simptoms, is it not serious?? She could have collapse during work!! She should have given the right and fullest treatment to my wife properly. This is an official complain. I am not happy with this kind of treatment.

Went to Emergency Department for my son... Such a nice and beautiful hospital👍 Look like 7star hotel... Good service from registration staff, staff nurse Nina and Dr Nabila.. .. Excellent!!!
