My grandmother had chest discomfort today & was brought to ER. She was triaged, put on ECG & sent to resus within 15 mins for dr’s attention. Cardiologist came shortly after. She was in good hands throughout! Thank you!

Additionally, kudos to the administrative staff at Level 5 who managed the registration and related matters with utmost professionalism and care. Despite initial issues with the registration, everything was resolved swiftly and effectively.
