Worst experience ever at clinic Dr. Nur Adila Anuar. Understandable that patients need to wait. But unacceptable if clinic accepted appointments starting 8.30 AM only to say "Oh we actually don't follow the appontment timing, it's as and when the Dr is around." after I waited for 2.5 hours. Ward round takes that long? Have the courtesy to inform patients beforehand, otherwise do not open your appointment at 8.30 am! Where is the logic?

I am from Indonesia and came to Malaysia for treatment. Choosing KPJ Ampang Puteri, specifically the Day Care Oncology Unit, was the best decision I made in this healing process. I was treated by Dr. Nur Adila, an extraordinary doctor. She is not only competent in her field but also very calm, patient, and full of empathy. In every consultation, she explained my condition very clearly and provided the reassurance I desperately needed as a patient undergoing treatment. The nursing team in this unit is also very friendly, attentive, and professional. They always provide service with heart, treating me warmly and humanely, as if I were part of their extended family. This meant a lot to me, being far from home and family in Indonesia. Airport transfer services were also provided by the international department. The facilities at KPJ Ampang Puteri's Day Care Oncology are very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The treatment rooms feel peaceful and conducive to the healing process, both physically and mentally. The administrative process was also well-organized, hassle-free, and very helpful for foreign patients like me, including medication at the pharmacy and payment processes. I am very grateful to have undergone treatment here. My deepest gratitude to Dr. Nur Adila and the entire team at KPJ Ampang Puteri's Oncology Unit. Your service not only helped me recover medically but also emotionally. I will always remember your kindness as an important part of my healing journey.
