Our favorite doctor & nurse, Dr Ng kar jin & nurse moly. They were so friendly and makes us feels comfortable to ask anything related our son’s health. I still remember Dr Ng’s kind treatment to us when we first brought our son to emergency 2 years ago, that instantly makes us decide to change our son’s paeditrician at the time. Not to mention, every visit, there must be something he gave to our son as a present. We are so grateful.

Special thanks goes out to Dr. Shantini for the concern and care and never ending effort to diagnose and treat. Listens with empathy and has the patience to explain. God sends angels on earth and she is one of them. Special thanks to the team of nurses at the second floor such as staff nurse Nurhamiza and other doctors such as Dr Tan, Dr Sudha, Dr Ng, Dr Satvinder and Dr Hassan for their care and treatment. Kudos and a hospital that everyone can rely on.

MD1 Ward 37 All nurses and the doctor took very good care of my daughter. It was our first time here, and I am very satisfied with the services, care, and the service provided by all the nurses. All the nurses were very polite and gentle when treating my child. Thank you very much. We don't wish for illness, but if my daughter falls ill again, I will come back here. The registration and discharge experience was smooth. Thank you Dr. KJ (Dr. Ng Kar Jin) and all the nurses from MD1: Nurse Afiqah, Dayang, Syakirin, Najiha, Hazmina, Sufiza, Sabira, Aisyah, Afza. The room was very nice, and the toilet was also nice with a hot shower. What's best here is also the proximity to many eateries. So, parents taking care of their children have many choices for dining outside the hospital. The hospital food was delicious, even with less salt and sugar. It's suitable for patients. The food service will call to allow us to choose our menu. The menu also has a reasonable variety of choices. There are local and Western options.

Thank you to Dr Ng KJ and all nurses from multidispline ward from Level 2 for taking care of my daughter, Aisya room no 63 last week. My daughter finally discharged and not keep longer. Dr Ng really explained well and give better medicine in order to reduce her body temp. From KPJ Tawakkal, we moved here.. the emergency dept also good in terms of service, just we got into ward a bit late due to room and baby cot. But overall from admission, ward and the discharge counter everything was smooth. The meal also good, my daughter really enjoy the morning porridge, lunch and dinner time. The kitchen incharge person will come to your room, explain about the menu and can choose from the catalogue (if you dont answer call on the room telephone). From bottom of my heart, I really really recommended you guys to get treatment here, + the visitor time is from 9am to 9pm (much longer than other hospital).
