As my experience with the pediatrician was great but unfortunately last Monday something horrible happened. Just wondering how Pantai Ampang can hire an unprofessional MO who treats patients without further examination but he easily makes a decision based on his own opinion until GL is rejected because of his false report. The GL appeal was sent after a bit of an argument when we and the insurance agent representative were not satisfied with the report without further inspection, but again the MO ignored the insurance asking to provide it after the appeal until finally the insurance had to once again reject the GL application for failing to provide the ct scan report. Now the insurance has blocked all related diseases due to wrong doctor's report. The waste of time that occurs in the emergency department from 9 am to 8 pm and the patient from the bed to be placed in a wheelchair.

We went to emergency for my one year old son who was having high fever..doctor did few tests and drip for my baby..after the test it was positive covid..immediately doctor said it was not covered by insurance..even I said I can pay..then they said no ward for son..after they did all the test and inserted the drip which made my son cried badly..it is so ridiculous such a big hospital but no bed for patient..at last I have paid about RM700 just for the tests and drip and have to leave the hospital..next day I went to other hospital..the paediatric doctor checked my baby throughly and said no need to drip since no dehydration sign..but pantai hospital doctor did the drip to my son when he was not having any dehydration sign..overall not recommended..hefty bill and terrible experience

We had a great experience with Dr. Goh Chun Hwee and Dr. Thanasegar. They both took really good care of my daughter & explained everything clearly. They answered all my questions with patience & showed genuine care for her. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for kind and professional doctors. It's my son fourth time admission with PHA. The accessibility to Dr Thana is worth a million bucks! We have never had any issues getting our son in when they need to see him and have always felt very confident in his care. Dr Thana was easy to talk to, did an excellent job answering all of my questions, and I really appreciated the time he spent with us. He was very gentle and kind on top of being extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with our visit and would reccommend Pediatrics for you to anyone with small children. And on August 2023 my son diagnosed intuss and we had a wonderful experience with Dr George. Dr George was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind especially loved how he really took his time to explain my son conditions with me as well as his treatment options. They ensured we had a smooth prep and follow-up with both doctors. Had the best hospitality. The food is super delicious. They served food for both kid and guidance. Not too crowded. Ambient environment. Not that expensive as we thought compared to other private hospitals. We couldn't have asked for a better Pediatrician for our son. Thank you Dr Thana & ward B2 staff nurse are friendly, attentive, understanding, caring, knowledgeable, exhibit strong communication skills and communicate well with patients :)
