I recently delivered my third baby at this hospital with Dr. Heliza, and I had a truly wonderful experience. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to me from the moment I arrived. Dr. Heliza provided excellent care, making me feel safe and well-supported throughout the delivery. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was cozy and made my stay so much more pleasant. The food served was surprisingly good for hospital standards, and I appreciated the thoughtful preparation. The hospitality from everyone—staff, nurses, and doctors—was exceptional. Their warmth and professionalism made my entire experience smooth and comforting. I had an amazing experience at DSH2, under my gynaes Dr. Imelda and her clinic assistant Aini Afiqah, and Dr. Haliza and Dr. Rashdan as the paed for my newborn. Having been to a few hospitals before this, I think KPJ DSH2 has the best specialists. The way they care for the patients goes way beyond. As patients, we can contact them personally through whatsapp should we have any questions. I have cervical insufficiency and was blessed to be under the care of Dr. Imelda throughout the whole pregnancy. Dr. Imelda was able to give me the answers to my condition, something that I didn't get from the doctors I've consulted previously. She was really attentive to my health status and also the baby. Special thanks to Afiqah also for always being extra helpful in assisting us the patients. During labor, I was under Dr. Haliza, assisted by Dr. Liew Yen Eit and my baby was under the care of Dr. Rashdan. Before the c-section operation, I was carefully explained by the doctors on the procedures and possible risks. Alhamdulillah, everything went well. My ward room was super nice and comfortable. Even the registration was a breeze, we didn't have to queue up at the lobby to register. A hospital personnel came up to our room to manage the registration process and also during the discharge. Overall, I am really impressed by the service, hospitality, the interior and facilities of the hospital. DSH2 will definitely be my go-to healthcare provider from now on ❤️

I had a very good experience doing my prenatal check ups and eventually gave birth to my baby here in DSH2. Dr Imelda was very patient and understanding during all my checkups and addressed all my questions and Dr Liew provided great support and care during my natural delivery. Clinic assistant Afiqah and Alin was also very attentive during my checkups. Dr Haliza was always seeing us with good vibes and energy. Thank you again to the preterm birth prevention centre team!

I had the best medical service here , from my monthly to weekly check up for my pregnancy until my recent labour. I had my check up with Dr Haliza as my Obyn, she did a great job as my Obyn throughout my 9 months pregnancy. I had my Emergency C-sec with her everything goes well alhamdulillah. My baby & me are so lucky having her as our doctor . I had to give credit to her client assistant , Erfira who always remind me of my check up dates. Its easy to communicate with her on the dates and she always so helpful & friendly. The nurses at ICU also soo helpful and kind. My baby’s Paed, Dr Rashdan also so kind and friendly easy to communicate with and good with advicing me & husband as new parents. From check ups, billing & customer service. Top notch. Will continue to go here for my baby checkups at Dr Rashdan❤️
