I had an amazing experience at DSH2, under my gynaes Dr. Imelda and her clinic assistant Aini Afiqah, and Dr. Haliza and Dr. Rashdan as the paed for my newborn. Having been to a few hospitals before this, I think KPJ DSH2 has the best specialists. The way they care for the patients goes way beyond. As patients, we can contact them personally through whatsapp should we have any questions. I have cervical insufficiency and was blessed to be under the care of Dr. Imelda throughout the whole pregnancy. Dr. Imelda was able to give me the answers to my condition, something that I didn't get from the doctors I've consulted previously. She was really attentive to my health status and also the baby. Special thanks to Afiqah also for always being extra helpful in assisting us the patients. During labor, I was under Dr. Haliza, assisted by Dr. Liew Yen Eit and my baby was under the care of Dr. Rashdan. Before the c-section operation, I was carefully explained by the doctors on the procedures and possible risks. Alhamdulillah, everything went well. My ward room was super nice and comfortable. Even the registration was a breeze, we didn't have to queue up at the lobby to register. A hospital personnel came up to our room to manage the registration process and also during the discharge. Overall, I am really impressed by the service, hospitality, the interior and facilities of the hospital. DSH2 will definitely be my go-to healthcare provider from now on ❤️

Despite it's outstanding facility, some services need a lot of improvement. I safely gave birth to my beautiful princess with Dr Imelda Balchin and her team. Dr Imelda, Dr Haliza, Dr Liew Yen Eit, Dr Rashdan and Ms Afiqah did take care of me and my baby wholeheartedly. I am more than grateful having them along my high risk pregnancy and delivery journey. There are several points I wish to highlight. Discharged procedure took so long. Normally in other private hospital discharge time was around 12-2pm. But in DSH2 it took until 4-5pm to discharged. Discharged timing is one issue, another issue that arise was medication was given only until morning because one of the discharged procedure is medication need to be return to pharmacy before discharged. Nurses at the nurse station 'cannot do anything' and just asked the patient to wait for discharged. Having cesarean section delivery, just imagine the pain i have to endure for more than 8 hours. The pain is beyond bearable. Luckily Ms Afiqah from Dr Imelda's clinic assist when i can no longer endure the pain. I don't have other options but to call her and ask for her help. I can say that DSH2 has professional and friendly doctor's I have ever met in any other hospital, but other clinical staff need a lot of training in terms of interpersonal skills as well as clinical skills. I don't feel the hospitality as good as KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital. I love their staff more and I wish DSH2 staff are as good as DSH1 staff. I went to DSH1 parentcraft class and I do impress with their staff hospitality. DSH2 seriously are short of staff and most of the time the nurse station/counter empty because nurses are attending patients in ward room. I wonder why admission kit in DSH2 are so simple when there is no towel and cup provided unlike DSH1. So called outstanding hospital don't even have towel in the admission kit. And yes no cup/mug either in ward. They gave hot and warm water but no cup/mug? I do appreciate staff at lobby and nursery for their outstanding hospitality. But i wish staff at nursery assist new mothers like me in lactation more. And for the food, I love the food serve in DSH2. Thumbs up for the catering services. And thank you again for Doctors and clinic assistant in Pre Term Birth Prevention Clinic for making it possible for cervical insufficiency mothers like me deliver my baby safely and taking care of us with utmost care and hospitality.

I had a very good experience doing my prenatal check ups and eventually gave birth to my baby here in DSH2. Dr Imelda was very patient and understanding during all my checkups and addressed all my questions and Dr Liew provided great support and care during my natural delivery. Clinic assistant Afiqah and Alin was also very attentive during my checkups. Dr Haliza was always seeing us with good vibes and energy. Thank you again to the preterm birth prevention centre team!

I had the best medical service here , from my monthly to weekly check up for my pregnancy until my recent labour. I had my check up with Dr Haliza as my Obyn, she did a great job as my Obyn throughout my 9 months pregnancy. I had my Emergency C-sec with her everything goes well alhamdulillah. My baby & me are so lucky having her as our doctor . I had to give credit to her client assistant , Erfira who always remind me of my check up dates. Its easy to communicate with her on the dates and she always so helpful & friendly. The nurses at ICU also soo helpful and kind. My baby’s Paed, Dr Rashdan also so kind and friendly easy to communicate with and good with advicing me & husband as new parents. From check ups, billing & customer service. Top notch. Will continue to go here for my baby checkups at Dr Rashdan❤️

Went here for my last pregnancy, since it was our first time here, we just gamble and walk in to Dr Haliza clinic. Both Dr and her assistant Effira was friendly and very nice. it's so easy to book for an appointment or reschedule the appointment as the Dr assistant were so friendly and easy to deal with, would come here again if this wasn't my last pregnancy 🤣.
