I very happy with all staff in ward 5e.. very kind and helpful to me. Also thanks to dr lim, dr wong ming and tan lian huat for taking care of me.

The hospital administration was quite poor for I had waited 6 hours from admission until I reached my room. However, KUDOS to Muhammad Khalid Customer Service Tower B, Nurse Jue from Clinic Dr.KohKenSiong, Dr.Koh himself, nephrologist Dr.Wong and officer Kallie from Level 5 clinic specialist who had been doing good job, tqvm!

医生们和護士们都很亲切，在我做化疗和放射诒疗以及手术住院，他们都把我照顾的很好。还有我要谢谢sin yee(radiation therapy department)我还要谢谢Dr Christina Lai,还有放疗部门大家都非常棒🤗,还有Dr Teoh Li Ying,Dr wong Ming谢谢你们😊

I was here since 9:30am. The nurse assists Dr.WongMing told me to wait for 2hours. Until 11:30am, I asked again when will be my turn. She told me got 8patients. On and off I saw about 5-6 people entered for consultation, therefore I assume my turn soon. However, the nurse told me : Still have 6more ppl (long queue). Whoever I saw entered were not patients. After one hour, I asked again. She says still have 5more. I wondered what kind of appointment is that when I have reserved my appointment for 9am-12pm. I have to wait till 1pm and letting ppl cut queue as the nurse wish. Super poor management. Very Rude nurse. Dont come here. I have been seeing a lot of ppl walking in asking when will be their turns. Is this the hospital Marketing Strategy to make their hospital looks FULL of ppl yet having freaking inefficient outcome. I HAVE BEEN WAITING HERE FOR ALMOST 4HOURS.. THE DOCTOR BETTER USE THAT LONG HOUR TO CONSULT PATIENT. WASTE of my life MY time.
