He took the time to explain everything clearly, address all my concerns, and always made me feel reassured and confident. His calm and composed approach was especially comforting during important moments. I would also like to commend the labor and delivery team—the nurses and staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, and reassuring during the entire process. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at such an important moment. The pediatrician Dr Chang was equally wonderful—gentle, caring, and very detailed in checking on my baby. We truly felt that our baby was in good hands. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care and would highly recommend Regency
