I've been here three times! The first time was to see if I had a large cyst... Dr. Roger's attitude was terrible 👎. When I asked him why I had a large cyst, he didn't explain at all and just asked why I had ten fingers! I was speechless 😓. Then he asked if I had any other questions. I thought to myself, 'Do I dare ask any more questions?' However, before that, they took three scans, which was a complete waste of my time... The first time, they took me to a machine that couldn't see anything. The second time, this machine took a very clear scan. While I was waiting outside for the report, the doctor came out and told me the nurse had deleted all the previous scans! So I had to go for a third scan! As a result, I sat there waiting for the report for another hour! It was truly a waste of my time! And I was the last one to leave. The second time I saw another doctor, Dr. Ting, who kept saying that surgery was inevitable... My husband didn't understand something and asked the doctor again... The doctor said, 'Didn't I just explain that?' He had no patience at all. Anyway, he told us we absolutely had to get blood tests done... We went and got them done, and three hours later, we came back for the report... After getting the report, we went to see Dr. Roger again... This time his attitude was a bit better, but after a ten-minute consultation, 100 yuan was gone... No wonder he was so agreeable. The third time, what made me most dissatisfied was being constantly told to wait, wait, wait! They told me to come at 8:30 AM, but I arrived at 8:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, they drew blood and said to wait an hour... Two hours passed. A Chinese female nurse at the front desk impatiently said they would call my name when the report was ready. Then, before the procedure, a Malay nurse inside kept talking on the phone, getting louder and louder. She only hung up when the doctor arrived. Afterwards, I learned that my minor surgery was completed a little after 1 PM. They said I would be moved to the ward at 2 PM, but it was past 3 PM and I still hadn't been moved! I waited impatiently until they finally took me upstairs. They said I would see the doctor at 5 PM, and I thought the doctor would come to see me? To my surprise, they asked me to go downstairs to see the doctor again. After seeing the doctor, they asked me to wait for the nurse to take me upstairs. By then it was past 6 PM? They said I would be discharged at 5 PM. That's not all... While waiting for the nurse to come down, another ten minutes passed. I was really tired! I hadn't eaten anything yet! I went to ask the nurse at the front desk, and she said, 'If you can go up yourself, then go up.' Her attitude was really bad 👎. I walked back to my room and they told us to wait again! I asked what we were waiting for. He said we had to wait for the nurse to come down to get the report before they could arrange the discharge procedures! As a result, I waited another fifteen minutes in the room... I told my husband I felt like I had a fever 🤒. Later, my husband told the nurse I had a fever, and after taking fever medication, I felt much better. However, I was still feverish 🤒. When I asked the nurse for medication, she said, 'If you want medication, you'll have to wait again? Otherwise, just get Panadol outside.' I was speechless 😓. We went to the downstairs counter, and they told us to wait again! My husband was extremely angry and asked what we were waiting for. Then they said they were waiting for the deposit to be approved and returned to us... We had already said that we wanted to be discharged quickly after that. If we hadn't kept pushing, I don't think I would have been able to go home by 8 PM! This hospital is truly terrible!
