AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS! The worst private hospital. Nephrologist (Dr Fan) told my dad he only had 3 years to live because of deteriorating kidney function BEFORE LOOKING AT ANY TEST RESULTS. He also seemed more concerned with how we're going to pay his bills instead of giving an accurate diagnosis. (Btw my dad and his kidneys are fine and healthy).

I am beyond furious with Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur. As of today, Nov 25th, 2024 at 2pm, my sister has yet to be seen by her so-called assigned specialist, Dr. Nirmala Devi Baskaran. We brought her to the A&E at 8:30 p.m. last night Nov 24th, 2024, and she was only admitted at 2:00 a.m.(already the following day) By noon today, she was complaining of dizziness, yet no one bothered to attend to her. When my sister-in-law approached some nurses to check my sister’s blood pressure, one of them responded with, “Saya shift petang”—as if being on the afternoon shift excused her from doing her job! Meanwhile, the rest of the nurses were busy on their phones. This is the unacceptable reality we witnessed at Ward 6A, and mind you, my sister is in an executive ward! When someone finally came, only after we had to go searching for a nurse to attend to my sister, her blood pressure was a shocking 182/104. What on earth, Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur? Are you waiting for her to have a stroke before anyone decides to take action? This level of negligence is beyond unacceptable! If anything happens to my sister because of the appalling incompetence of your staff, you will be hearing from our lawyers!
