Followed up for my third pregnancy with Dr Imelda Balchin. The service and care provided were outstanding. The appointments were managed efficiently by the friendly clinic assistant, Ms Afiqah. Dr Imelda made sure her patient understand all options & risk involved. She gave a thorough explanation for each of the option and counselled accordingly. The delivery process was smooth, she handled unexpected situation very professionally. The hospital room was clean and comfortable. All nursing staff are so helpful and competent. All in all, a very pleasant experience of maternity care in this hospital.

Brought my aunt to the ED last week and was promptly attended to by the staff. Dr Afnan correctly diagnosed her with TIA and elaborately explained and discussed my aunt's condition. We eventually meet Dr Azmi at his neuro clinic the subsequent morning. Kudos and thanks to the entire ED team, Dr Afnan & SN Izan as well as Dr Azmi especially.

I got admission into day-care for a surgical procedure. I was having this issue for quite some years till very recently it has been causing great pain and discomfort while I sit or stand for too long. I went to another hospital before coming to KPJ DSH. They were reluctant for a surgery for whatever reason and that’s when I consulted Dr Muhammad Ash-Shafawi Adznan, general surgeon here at KPJ DSH. He explained very well about the procedure and what could happen post-operation as well. He proceeded to go for the surgical procedure, taking into consideration of my concern regarding my issue. A very friendly, cool and chill doctor too 🤟 The nurse, Mdm Hayati at the day care ward was also very helpful as she respected and attended to all my request in the most professional way possible. Thanking KPJ DSH for the overall care.
